How to extract files from .zip folder?
A .zip folder, also known as a compressed folder, is a file format commonly used for compressing and packaging multiple files or folders into a single, more manageable file. This compression process reduces the overall file size, making it easier to store, transfer, and download files.
When you purchase a .zip folder from Premium SVG, you will receive a compressed file that needs to be extracted or unzipped before you can access the individual SVG files. Most operating systems have built-in tools or software that can handle this extraction process.
How to extract files from .zip folder on Windows:
It’s very easy to unzip the zipped file/folder in windows by using Extract All feature. You don’t have to install any software to extract them in your computer or laptop. Just follow the instruction below:
- Right-click the .zip folder and choose Extract All.
- Select the location where you want your extracted files to appear and click Extract. See the files already extracted and ready to open/use them anywhere you want!
- Now you have the two folders with the files one is extracted and usable it with any software- just open the extracted folder and choose any file you want.
